  • Jason Watson

    Senior Vice President of Engagement

I’m Jason and I lead all of our workforce development efforts. When not teaching the men and women how to become better leaders in the community, I love spending time with my kids.

  • Deveaon "Sahir" Bady

    Show Me Peace Program Manager

My name is Deveaon "Sahir" Bady. I grew up in the Walnut Park area and later moved to Laclede Town where I became gang affiliated and exposed to the drug game. As a result, I spent 13 years in prison for homicide and drug trafficking. Since my release in 2003, I have actively worked in social services and work force development to try and repair a community that I had an active role in destroying. Violence intervention work is critical in reducing violence and preventing the loss of lives to the cemetery and penal system.
