I’m Tavon and I’m originally from Baltimore, Maryland. I relocated to St.Louis for the birth of my son and have been here since. I feel like violence intervention work called me and am excited to bring it to the South Side. I am also a licensed realtor in Missouri and am able to experience St. Louis through a diverse lens.

  • Wes Williams

    Violence Interrupter

I’m Wes and I was born in the Cochran Projects in Downtown St. Louis. For a long time in my life I was part of the damage and violence in my community. I have lost valuable people in my life to gun violence. I’m here to do my part to fix the community I have damaged and help make my city safe again.

  • Ny'Sha "Molly" Burns-Baxley

    Resource Specialist

I’m Ny’Sha aka Molly and I grew up on the Northside of St. Louis and moved to the Southside when I was 14. I was drawn to violence because I miss the safety I felt growing up. I want so desperately for the next generation to feel as safe and free as I did sitting on the front porch, jumping rope or simply enjoy the day worry free
